Cancellation or modification within 45 days prior to event : 100% reservations cancelled within the schedule as above are subject to a cancellation fee based on the quote rates.

Non-refundable deposits are not in the cancellation policy.
With this agreement , Ile Des Deux Cocos shall not be held responsible and be liable for the failure to execute the term and conditions specified herein directly or indirectly through or in consequence war, strikes,riots and acts of God beyond the control of Ile Des Deux Cocos.
Force Majeure does not cover the following : economic slowdowns – local , regional or the global; currency exchange flatuations; plotical situations- local , regional or global ( this list is not exhaustive)
